I was up in time to be able to take Sam for a walk to the bus stop with the girls and see them off to school but just recently, I seem to be getting up too slowly and having to rush breakfast. On with Sam to the gravel pits after and more signs of muntjac deer. We walked through flooded sections of the pits, and I can now see what a good habitat they have so near to a residential area. This made me realise why I once had a muntjac in my garden picking up the acorns.
Most of the day working on my income tax affairs for the year ending April 1992 so as to have the information available for my accountant in the morning but I also had to type up an analysis of the planning condition dilemma over Heronshaw which I eventually completed late in the evening. Meantime, I actually succeeded in getting Diana out with Sam and took her across St Neots Common for a walk to the river on the far side. I think that she enjoyed the walk, but it was a pity that there was a chill in the air once again after a period of much milder weather. More deer tracks over there too.
