Getting the girls back to school after their Easter holiday on a milder day and giving Sam for two walks today. A good visit to Cambridge Street where we are converting the derelict Victorian cottages into modern one-bedroomed flats with three of the four already reserved.
This as Debbie is creating about the arrangements for her birthday and as I took Diana to the cinema to see the historical drama about the Beatles called "Backbeat".
We were all up early today and there was much ado as the girls got ready to go back to school after their Easter holiday. I got out early with Sam so that he was toileted in time to join the girls for the walk to the bus stop. Debbie took his lead as I carried her bag and then Della made a big fuss of him as they were waiting for the bus.

The weather much milder as I took Sam for two walks today. He was hunting at Molesworth this afternoon and found and pointed a pheasant but could not hold it for me to advance. A call from Nigel and Diana and I joined him for a visit to Cambridge Street where we were most impressed by the progress of converting the derelict Victorian cottages into modern one-bedroomed flats.
We already have three of the four reserved and intend to have them all occupied later in the month of May. The girls returned from school happy with their experience, but Debbie is creating about the arrangements for her birthday and Diana is worried that her friends will not come. I was against Diana's idea of booking a night in the Heathrow Marriott Hotel with a following day in Thorpe Park as it seemed like bribing them to me and could be counterproductive.
I took Diana out to the cinema in Bedford this evening at short notice to see the historical drama about the Beatles called "Backbeat". I enjoyed it but she found it full of violence and sex.
