Completion of the Spar Fascia installation and plans for the leaflet Distribution to Redgrave and surrounding villages
I have agreed with Circular Distributors Ltd that our next Spar leaflet will be delivered directly to homes rather than going out with the Diss Mercury.
**"Read More" BELOW for the complete story**
This, as this paper is not delivered to all areas which we wish to target, and because they are not able to split the delivery between the paper and direct distribution.
Prior to the distribution, the team will call at the shop to discuss where we require the leaflets to be delivered. This will probably be between the 28th November and the 5th December.
Areas to target are all houses in the villages of: Redgrave 148 drops, Botesdale 243 drops, Rickinghall 330 drops, Hinderclay 200?, South Lopham 100?, Thelnetham 50?Blo Norton 50? Garboldisham 177 drops; Total 1298. (Figures followed by ? are estimates.).
We are allocated 1000 leaflets so we/you need to decide which of these areas are less important. I would suggest dropping Garboldisham first (bringing the total to 1121).
Maybe then Thelnetham and Blo Norton should also be dropped? Please give this matter some thought in preparation for the November distribution.
P.S CD deliverers may deliver our own newsletter at the same time for a small fee.
To Alan Tupman of, Graphisign UK Ltd regarding the Spar Fascia at Redgrave Spar. Further to our conversation last week, I am writing to enquire about the completion of the sign changes at Redgrave Spar.
On the revised drawing there is shown a panel on the sides of the bay window following the line back to the main building. This is shown on the drawing in white.
Was this panel intended to be completed as the planning officer has queried with me whether this work has now been finished? Also, I am awaiting a quote from you for adding trough lighting to the fascia in accordance with your normal designs.
