Recuperation from possible food poisoning and back to Norfolk via stay with Wiggly taking Sam for a short run at Coneygear
I awoke this morning feeling much better. The fever had subsided, my headache had gone and, although I still had tummy cramps and felt quite weak, I was obviously on the mend.

From this, I could only deduce that I must have eaten something, probably an ill-kept sausage roll, or pastie from Crystal Palace football ground, that disagreed with me and that my exhaustion made me particularly easy prey.
I could not think that it had been exhaustion alone. I got up and shaved then showered for breakfast and enjoyed my meal of porridge. I completed the clearing up from yesterday and, with Debbie's help again walking Sam to save my energy, updated this last several days' journal.
Poor Wiggly tried to phone and talk to me early on, wondering how I was, and I had to cut her short as Diana was in the next room and then when I could call her, she had others depriving her of privacy at work and so we had to put off affectionate talk and planning until we met later.
Then I packed and it was time to leave with Sam for Norfolk via another overnight stay with Wiggly. I had walked Sam thoroughly and then arrived at Montagu Street ahead of Wiggly and started to settle myself in and, was just changing after having a shave, when she arrived.
Her mood was much better than last time, and we chatted for a while and then she prepared, cooked and served a nice meal for me which I appreciated. There was a shrimp and avocado dish to start and then sirloin steak grilled nicely with a plate of salad to share.
Early to bed together and some nice mutual sex. First, I petted her as she knelt over me and then I rolled her onto her back and satisfied myself so that we both slept deeply afterwards.
Wiggly had set the alarm a half hour early but there was not really time to make love again as it meant putting ourselves under pressure and so we just started the day affectionately and had a nice time together before it was time for us both to leave.
A short run with Sam at Coneygear and the journey was not too bad.
