When walking Sam, I resolved to spend more personal time and do some training with him as he was getting into some bad habits.
An office morning and evening and afternoon with Della at Woburn Safari Park as the weather breaks at last.
Catching up with work later as Wiggly had to go to a Town Council GP meeting after finding her GP meeting much better than usual
I was awake quite early at 7.00am and got up to make the tea after a little while; thinking that we had a lot to do after our recent Redgrave arrangements.

Our time in bed was curtailed when Wiggly spotted the woman opposite gazing at us naked again and so it was soon to breakfast and then out with the dog for a walk together.
Sam was worse than usual and ran away inconsolably when a milk float came by and then was afraid of me for repercussions afterwards when he refused to come back. I resolved to spend more personal time and do some training with him as he is getting into some bad habits.
For once, we had a dull day with even light showers a feature and I was so grateful as the heat had ben getting to me. In fact, I had slept so soundly that I woke up with a headache that persisted off and on all day.
Once back, it was a little difficult to get Wiggly down to work as she has yet to get used to cutting across from a domestic to work frame of mind when working at home. I also found her more willing to submerge herself in written projects that making the important, if difficult, chasing telephone calls that are most needed.
Time flew by and soon she had to go round to Caroline Blackburn's house to work on the copy for the forthcoming FOCUS and I had to drive over to see Della for the day. I telephoned first to agree the activities and got Diana answering and both she and I were courteous if guarded.
When I arrived, the ice was broken by there being something of a crisis with a leaking tap washer in the pool shower-room which I turned to and fixed. It was not easy as I had to drain the whole system and then drive into St Neots to get the correct washer for the WC, but I did it in the end.
Diana had finished baking a congratulations cake for Debbie and I stayed a while whilst Della decorated it before we set off.
It was Wiggly's idea of a trip around Woburn Safari Park that most appealed to Della and so I duly drove her over there and we spent a happy few hours driving round and seeing the large cats, elephants, giraffe, rhino, zebra and all of the monkeys bears and other African animals they keep there.
There was no time to go swimming in the Bedford Oasis after all that we will leave for another time. She described the experience in her own words typed into my Psion Organiser as we took refreshments in McDonalds and drove home afterwards.
"Today me and dad went to the Safari Park. First we bought a brochure and paid our entrance fee. In the brochure it had a map of the park and nice pictures of the animals where they were gonna be as we drove around the park. The first animal I saw was a big, fat hippopotamus. We didn't stay and look at it for very long because all it did was sit there looking gormless. The next animal we saw was a herd of zebras. They weren't as breath-taking as the next ones which were the tigers, but certainly more-so than the hippo. When we went into the tiger enclosure we couldn't see them at first because of the light rain that had started to fall but as we moved closer we saw four tigers prowling outside their shed which they sleep and rest in in times of bad weather. Unluckily their shed had been locked so they were doomed to wander astray until the gates were opened for that night's restful slumber. As we reached the lion's den the rain started to come down a little heavier".
This was all done as the spots of rain turned into the real thing which was a wonder to behold after the recent acrid drought. I dropped her off and came back to Eynesbury via the flower shop to cheer up Wiggly as I thought she might be feeling left out.
She was out at the gym when I returned and had not left any word as to when she was coming back or whether Sam had been walked and fed so I just had to assume that he had not and took him out anyway.
I was very strict with him after first finding him not very attentive and, by the end of the walk, he had become much more obedient. I had another incident where he was square-ing up to another dog which I had to deal with.
Once back, I enjoyed a nice Pizza meal that Wiggly cooked for me but we forwent the pudding and went up for a cuddle instead. I found her very attractive with her tanned legs, short skirt and glimpses of her brief pants and so took her then and enjoyed the nicest sex I had experienced for a long time.
I tried to return the compliment but she shied away after a while without explanation. Wiggly had to go to a Town Council GP meeting and I used the time to catch up with this last few days of journal, make several telephone calls about Redgrave and do some more planning for tomorrow.
I had a call from Debbie who understandably did not want to wait until the end of day for her results. I heard from Freda that Sarah had signed and returned her contract to confirm her start for Monday 4th September 1995.
Wiggly was late back again from her GP meeting but found it to be much better than usual. Her letter to fellow councillors about group cohesion had an effect.
