Overnight making love in the Paxton Princess and the cruise to Wroxham shopping and lunch at the Riverside Café watching the Regatta and then driving home very late to Eynesbury via Kathy & Richard's Cambridge party.
Wiggly got drunk and crept off for cigarettes until I had to extract her from the shrubbery and take her home hopelessly inebriated
It was a good night, not only much better for sleep but also for lovemaking as the weather was cooler and more comfortable.

To Harnser for a shower and shave and then Wiggly walked Sam after breakfast whilst I made some calls and got the boat ready and the boom out pulled back for us to take off.
Then we did cast off, Wiggly tending the Jolley as I went out astern. It was a nice trip that we made up the River Bure to Wroxham which was a nice excuse for a cruise in the sunshine and doing our shopping at the same time.
We moored again at the marina that gave us the facility last time and then walked round with Sam into the Hoveton shopping centre. I stayed with the dog and just hung out and read the EDP whilst Wiggly looked around for party presents and bought groceries from Roy's.
The estate agent windows were interesting and it seems that the Dunhams old house in the paddock of Smallborough Hall had been reduced to £350,000. It was the first time that I had seen the temporary Roy's Retail Barn and it was good and popular, if spartan.
Lunch at the Riverside Cafe and the walk back to the boat when we set off back. It was nice to see a full regatta in progress as we diverted through Wroxham Broad and then we got back to Horning in late afternoon.
So much to do before we could leave and so Wiggly took Sam again as I made myself a red salmon salad, cleared up the boat and got myself ready to leave.
She did the same with herself once back and so, with a short break at Barton Mills on the way back, we still arrived in Cambridge in time to rendezvous with Wiggly's friends at The Volunteer before going on to the party.
Both then and, afterwards, at Sally's house, I was made welcome and did my best to be sociable but Wiggly made it a little difficult for me by failing to introduce me to anybody and going off for periods of 30 to 60 mins at a time!
Then she got hopelessly drunk and crept off for cigarettes until I had to extract her from the shrubbery and take her home hopelessly inebriated such that she did not even realise what had happened.
The combined party was to celebrate the birthdays of Richard and Kathy and there were many people there I had not met before and I was not sure whether I was supposed to know them or not.
At least I knew Kathy's husband Paul from Priory Hill Residents Association days and could chat for him but five hours was a long time. Back about 2.30am and I left Wiggly sleeping in the car as I unloaded and even unpacked and put the dog in the shed before seeing her into bed.
I lay thinking and a little annoyed a while about how to broach these problems with Wiggly in the morning and so only got to sleep around 3.30am myself, by which time she had already had an extra hour and a half's sleep!
