Wiggly had woken with a cold and opted to take the day before polling off

Still struggling with my itching and irritation, managing the  Eve of Poll Organisation after a further more satisfactory Doctor visit

I was up very late last night and still had some trouble with my itching and irritation.

However, I eventually did get some sleep around 3.00am and laid in until about 9.30am which was the first real sleep I had managed in days.

I was groggy with a headache but pleased to be back in the land of the living and able to prepare for the election the day afterwards.

I was expecting to spend most time with Sally at her office during the day but Wiggly had woken with a cold and opted to take the day off as a "sickie" which was a double benefit for me as her lover and campaign organiser.

We both worked on our respective chores for the morning and then, after lunch, we met up to prepare for polling day at Luke Street together. We used Wiggly's computer and printer, tables and chairs from both of us and a lot of other things from Sally and Sandy.

A trip over to Cedar House surgery where the doctor pronounced himself satisfied with the way my rash was coming under control. Once this was done, Wiggly had to go for her play dress rehearsal and me back home for the evening.

I had worked out and agreed with both Di and Wiggly that I would say at The Hayling View this night and then Sam could stay in the garden and be looked after and run on polling day.

Up late again getting thoroughly tired setting up the EARS software on my laptop computer and doing some trials on it and then to bed ahead of a hectic day to come.
