Buying Wiggly a new bag and viewing her performance in Cambridge of Cathy's play

Awake feeling refreshed because of my relief from so much irritation. Managing the poll office aftermath, returning property and then to buy Wiggly a new bag and view her performance in Cambridge of Cathy's play

It had been very late when I eventually turned and I still woke up at a reasonable time but I was still feeling refreshed because of my relief from so much irritation.

Sam was also being good and staying well-behaved in the car and so we could have quite a lay in.

There was one caller at the front door that seemed upset that we had not answered but I was less worried about my presence there being known as the election was now finished and also Debbie's exams would soon be over.

Up, some lovemaking and then breakfast before taking Sam over to the Coneygear for a nice walk together. Somewhat later than intended over to Luke Street where we had to tackle the mess from election day.

I had to take Sally's things as well as John Roscoe's printer and so I left a stack of the things that I had brought from The Hayling View for collection until the following day. I wanted us to have some quality time together and to keep away from my family and their contacts so I took Wiggly to Peterborough for the afternoon.

We had lunch in the Pizza Hut and thought about the cinema but then opted for some shopping in the Queensway centre. It was quite busy and the shops seem to have been doing well. I bought Wiggly a new bag, similar to her favourite old one that was wearing out and she was very pleased with it.

A walk for Sam on the way back to Eynesbury and then some premium time together making love. The problem was that Derek, Sandy and David Giles all all called together and kept knocking as our cars were outside.

We heard later that this was because they were very pleased that I had found an old framed drawing by Anne-Marie on top of a wardrobe and wanted to know more about it.

Wiggly had only just managed to pull on a top and had gone to the door bra-less and I was naked in the bathroom getting washed and shaved so that I just had to hide there and she had to go to the door!

Soon ready for the evening in Cambridge where I was due to see Wiggly act in her second performance of Cathy's play. Por Wiggly seemed to have a cold coming on and so I went and got some decongestant drops for her and gave Sam his evening walk and meal at the same time.

I was upset with Nigel today for he was supposed to come with me to see this but professed himself ill after getting "smashed" on Wednesday night. For once, I did not hide my disapproval of his behaviour as he had let me down and made himself ill at the same time.

I therefore had to sit alone and watch the play but enjoyed it and felt that Wiggly herself had performed very well in her character. The interval was difficult with hardly anybody to talk to.

When I wandered off to the toilet thinking that there was plenty of time, I missed the opening sequence on the second act in which Wiggly was involved.

I joined her and the others for a drink afterwards and got on well-enough with them before we drove home for another night together at her place.
