Diana becoming ill with throat infection though we still tour Alcatraz. More surrogate sex nevertheless until better news from Wiggly who I had now decided upon
I was awake for some time, trying to cool down and get comfortable and mind full of Wiggly who I was missing.

I then donned a condom and made love to Diana from behind for relief so that I could get to sleep.
I knew of nothing else until morning and did not realise that poor Di had suffered dreadfully with a tummy ache, sore throat, cough and cold and had slept very little indeed, if at all, so I felt guilty about using her.
My Tide-master dual-time watch had stopped with a low battery, and I could not tell the time when I awoke. I was the first to use our sole bathroom and then wrote up an email message whilst Di followed and made the coffee.
I checked in with CIX and found Wiggly cheerful, organised, sorted with news of the campaign better. Once everybody was ready, we could set off with our public transport passes to the City on the Mini-Metro service L, a street rail car that terminates right at our hotel.
We were soon downtown and there used the last of our money having a nice cheap breakfast near the terminal. Then a currency exchange to get over $300 for another £200, sometime in a book shop before I went to Macey's to get a new battery put in my watch.
The cable car ride to Pier 41 in good time to catch the Red & White ship to Alcatraz on our pre-arranged tour. There were lots of English people around again today, but the hotels were offering discounts again and it was $89 at The Travelodge which was their just deserts after refusing us discounts when we were trying to book.
Another warm and sunny day, with just the cool breeze to keep us comfortable and make our coats necessary. We enjoyed our Alcatraz "Cell House Audio Tour" and, after the cruise back, also enjoyed another meal at "Johnny Rockets" 50's-style restaurant.
The rest of the afternoon, downtown to do some shopping and looking at books in Border's Bookshop where the children used all of their holiday spending money in one go. Diana had not been well all day, and I was getting fed up with her.
In the bookshop, she kept fretting to go home and twice came and saw me looking at books in the "marital problems" and female sexuality sections!
Looking at all of the books there about relationships etc., it is obvious how many other people are struggling so that there is a whole industry of self-help reading as an alternative to psychological help. Books also on how to bring up children when the parents live apart.
This last two weeks has been a watershed for me. I have decided that I am ready to develop my relationship with Wiggly as far as she wants me to.
Having said that, I do not think that she wants me to move in with her full time yet but I will see as much of her as she wants in terms of evenings and weekends and even take holidays with her, whilst still living at The Hayling View for as long as Diana puts up with that life style.
I think it will be Diana that calls a halt to our marriage, if she concludes that it would be less harm for the girls for that to be. I have concluded that I am far more compatible with Wiggly than I ever was with Diana and I cannot sacrifice personal happiness for ever.
Once back at the hotel, after a crowded Mini Metro journey, the girls and I watched a film on TV whilst Diana went to bed early.
