Trips to Latham’s in Potter Heigham and Winterton beach on a dull but mild day and then on to Cromer cinema to see the new film "Beverley Hill-Billies".
Home to update my journal before bed and to have a row with Diana about the girls giving up their piano lessons.

A boat trip in The Jolly with Sam, Di and Debbie around Horning having a light lunch at The Horning Tea Shop & then mooring opposite, the walk to Ranworth.
Diana and the girls climbed up the tower to see its unique view over Broadland and we walked and cruised back afterwards.

I seemed to suffer exhaustion today after me recent lack of sleep and heat exhaustion, dog walking and Norwich shopping and so we opted for a Cromer cinema visit to see the film "Policy Academy 7 - Mission to Moscow" which was rather silly but still enjoyable.
More research concerning Optometry for Debbie looked encouraging.
The weather continued cool again and I was quite cold first thing when I woke up with my bedclothes folded back. A bit of a lay in but then Debbie was marauding around trying to get in the bathroom for her 45-min. session so that I had to go to the toilet first.

Managing to walk Sam and then using our strimmer to tidy around our lawns and clear the vegetation back from the road, I dodged the rain, cloud and cool weather at Heronshaw whilst the family enjoyed a trip to Pleasurewood Hills.
I had brought back a couple of pigeons for training and got Sam to do some retrieves with them during a short morning session.
I had left a note asking not to be disturbed this morning, but Diana and the girls had planned a trip to Pleasurewood Hills near Lowestoft and disturbed me when tidying up the sleeping room.

Some activities in Norwich on the hottest day since 1958, including a conversation paving the way for Debbie in Optometry.
Rather than driving to Winterton, a Bure boat trip instead to keep cool and then driving over to for dog training with Jim before and after hospitality with Julie
Today continued sunny and hot such that, by the end of the day, it had been confirmed that the day had been the warmest since 1958 with temperatures in the 90sF!
