Up early for the drive to Norfolk with Wiggly for her Xmas shopping trip whilst I watched Norwich beat Chelsea with their new signing from Crewe, Ashley Ward, in the starting line-up scoring two goals.

I was expecting a challenge to get out early this morning but I awoke at 6.30am and was able to get quickly shaved, dressed and out with Sam in time to get over the river bridge before it was closed for roadworks at 7.00am.

Liaising with the Wroxham builders and walking Sam before returning to St Neots to spend lunch with a quiet and contemplative Wiggly at The Bedford Arms in Souldrop.
This before going home to put up the Christmas Lights and welcome Diana for a meal at McDonalds and then on to the cinema to see "Miracle on 42nd Street"; a remake of the old film.
I awoke at 7.00am and tried to get washed, breakfasted and dressed before the workmen came at 8.00am but failed miserably.

After the morning chores to put the girls on the school bus, delayed by congestion caused by a lorry broken down and a sports car going through a wall after I managed a walk on Mill Meadow.
Then off to Norwich for Diana's Christmas shopping expedition after spending the night with Wiggly after eating at The Chinese Bridge Restaurant

After the school run, walking Sam and then to Cambridge with Diana and the Kings Pantry lunch soup and baked-potato lunch special.
Then the afternoon shooting on Mill Meadow and evening obedience training.

I have fallen into a pattern of spending alternative Tuesdays going with Diana to see her parents in Cambridge and this was the week for it.

To the bus stop with the girls and pleased to see how friendly the Paxton Kimbolton Schoolchildren are. I caught Diana in the bedroom with mixed results.
Then to get the Christmas decorations and wrapping papers etc. out of the lofts.
Before to the cinema in Bedford for the afternoon with Di. I called on Wiggly this evening and we had a nice chat and cuddle for an hour or two.
I was still tired this morning, and it took a lot of effort to get up and showered in time for breakfast and the walk to the bus stop with the girls.
