More than 40 years, told day by day
Colds were predominating as I opted against shooting due to the freezing fog.
Some time buying Christmas drinks then checking on Nigel and Ashley before a Christmas Lunch farewell for Wiggly.
Then a family cinema evening out in Bedford watching to see "Never Ending Story III".
I had somehow contracted another head cold which made me a little restless at first but then I slept very soundly, and Diana had to wake me with my morning tea.

This after another night with Wiggly and with her telephoning indiscreetly. The evening playing with Debbie and updating my journal
A good walk with Sam before I left for home. He both found and pointed a number of pheasants but bumped many more with his enthusiasm but then I am not spending enough time training him at the moment.

Working in Horning after a cold night planning my Heronshaw rebuilding and walking Sam and then driving home for another warm and productive night with Wiggly after she had discussed with Joanne what to say to her parents
I slept well enough after my late night, but I was a while getting warm with a hot water bottle in my cold and unaired bed.

Recuperation from possible food poisoning and back to Norfolk via stay with Wiggly taking Sam for a short run at Coneygear
I awoke this morning feeling much better. The fever had subsided, my headache had gone and, although I still had tummy cramps and felt quite weak, I was obviously on the mend.

A day of inexplicable sickness and fever with a raging headache, a temperature of 100F+, near-paralyzed limbs and felt hot and then cold in consequence.
