In relation to the Camelot National Lottery Scratchcards i was confirming our point thar we understood it during the visit of your director, that PO Counters do have the discretion to reallocate Scratchcard facilities between Post Offices and it was this question of securing National Lottery Scratchcards that we were attempting to pursue.
