After tussling with the Mill Lane roadworks, a poor but jovial Christmas Lunch with Di's parents and playing my ‘nail through the finger’ joke on all and sundry. Then satisfying evening with Wiggly taking her measurements for the record.
The weather continues exceedingly mild and, though it is dull and dreary with little daylight at this time of year, at least my dog walks are comfortable.

Up early for the drive to Norfolk with Wiggly for her Xmas shopping trip whilst I watched Norwich beat Chelsea with their new signing from Crewe, Ashley Ward, in the starting line-up scoring two goals.

I was expecting a challenge to get out early this morning but I awoke at 6.30am and was able to get quickly shaved, dressed and out with Sam in time to get over the river bridge before it was closed for roadworks at 7.00am.
