The day started with me training Sam on holding dead pigeons without damage and Daniel dropped by installing his new rented TV.
Diana took Debbie and Amy to see the film "Speed" as I followed a snooker session with Nigel and a full-on evening with Wiggly
Tired this morning after the exertions of yesterday. It is not only the early mornings, late nights, walking and driving but also the nervous energy expended in keeping the dogs under control and performing to very high standards.

Home after to slump into the chair and watch an exciting televised football match in which Manchester United drew 2-2 with the top Spanish club Barcelona.

I arranged for Diana to give me a call at 6.00am this morning and went through my routine an hour early so as to be out in good time with Sam. A short walk for him and then the journey to Goldsticks Farm, near Braintree, for our second time here for a Novice Field Trial.

I woke up around 5.00am this morning very cold from having few bed clothes and the French Windows open and had to get a key to close them and replace my covers before I could get back to sleep.

Diana's 46th Birthday celebrations with a birthday tea and treat in bed after training on Mill Meadow with Sam. It seems that establishment opinion is tending towards encouraging the Prince of Wales to go through with a divorce
To bed early yesterday evening and I slept through the night easily to be woken with a cup of tea at 7.00am.

GSP Club Annual Working Test success for Sam at Eastwick, a long telephone call to Wiggly on the way, talking about last night and she apologised again for being moody and depressed and then a quiet evening in front of the TV with my feet up.

Morning shooting with Sam in the mist and fog and then Back home via St Neots where I bought a bunch of flowers each for Wiggly and Diana. Spending some time with Wiggly on her 24th birthday as she was stressed with ptoblems.
More mist and fog overnight and it refused to clear. I had decided to go out early and have a go at the geese opposite if they showed up but, what with the fog and cold, I laid in instead as they would not be flying in that visibility.
