More than 40 years, told day by day
Poor sporting day in the snow after an early call when Sam ran well with his sore paw but nothing found to shoot.
Then some successful shopping for boots and breeks for Wiggly but it was wild, windy and cold outside and so and fell soundly asleep
Awake early to the call of my organiser at 6.30am and quickly dressed and out to Thormaid.

Journey to the snowy Forss House Hotel for a romantic stay and on to Thormaid to find White Lock frozen and 6-8inches of crisp virgin snow.
Sam soon lost his bandage and made footprints of blood in the fresh snow. At least the snow kept his paw clean and the discharge was quite clean. His foot swelling had gone down but was still swollen.
Awake early and more nice sex for both of us before showered and dressed for a Scottish breakfast in the hotel.

Driving to Newcastle to find the vets open for Sam's paw examination when we had his rapidly-swelling cyst between the toes lanced and were surprised by the large amount of prurient blood and pus that came out.
Also finding a replacement Psion after it was broken.
Awake early and showered and dressed together after our overnight fun. I had my first major setback of the day when we went to see Sam and found that his front right paw was rapidly swelling with some irritation and infection.

Awake today to news of snow showers over much of Northern England and Scotland with roads blocked in Lancashire and Yorkshire with thousands of people having been trapped in their vehicles.

Back to my place of birth, Brocket Park, for a Sam to put in an acceptable Novice Field Trial performance as Norwich City drew 2-2 away to Coventry.
It was an early call from my organiser at 6.30am and then I had to get up, showered, shaved and dressed so as to have breakfast and to get out.
