Less luck in bed this morning, being tired after a late night watching a German Satellite TV striptease programme and then time for my journal before dropping off FOCUS bundles for delivery and collecting more feed-stuffs from Jordan’s in Sandy.
More paperwork later and the reward of watching England beat France to win the Rugby Grand Slam. Daniel locked up tonight as he had a house full of friends watching the TV Pop Video channel
Another early morning but this time Diana shot out of bed as I awoke. Once bitten, twice shy! I was a little more groggy than yesterday as I had hung around to watch one of the German satellite TV programmes after the news last night. In it, a competitor couple choose which, from a range of girl models, they want to do a strip-tease and they willingly oblige. Later in the programme the couple also have to strip and end up in dressing gowns which is all a bit much. The compere stays mercifully clothed and so does his female assistant (although she is not wearing much to start with).
Back to this morning, I showered and dressed and then, each side of breakfast, updated my journal for these last few days which have been quite busy and eventful. Then I had to feed the doves etc, drop off another couple of bundles of FOCUS to deliverers and then took Diana to Sandy to get some more feed-stuffs. Della was at a Little Paxton Junior Disco, and Debbie at school this morning. Before and after lunch, I tackled my paperwork again and then I settled down in the lounge and watched the televised Rugby Union international between England and France for the "Grand Slam". Both teams had already beaten the Welsh, Scots and Irish and this was the show down. England won by 21-19 points in the end but I was sorry for France who scored three tries to England's one and lost the game on penalties. This evening, I resumed my work, continuing with a host of financial items that needed to be done. To bed a little late quite tired but left Daniel to lock up as he had a house full of friends watching the Pop Video channel.
