On another dry and basically chilly day, I struggled to cope with Sam and wrote letters of apology to the village hall officers for missing last night's meeting and then Debbie had her Paxton friends round and Lisa Gunn joined them to make it five swimming and playing tennis.

Nigel changed our arrangements for visiting the Diss gun-smith from Thursday to Friday but Diana and I will now go to Norfolk in two cars on that day and meet up in Norwich for lunch later.

Another dry but basically chilly day. I had trouble sleeping last night, my mind full of my favourite film and also of the silliness of missing the meeting. I was awake later again and struggled to get out to Sam and the absence of droppings in his kennel was suspicious. After being better lately, he was picking up other dogs' droppings again whilst out on his walk this morning which is a very annoying and disgusting habit that I must solve him of. Della went off to play with another Katie from school today but Debbie still had her Paxton friends round and Lisa Gunn joined them to make it five swimming and playing tennis.

I wrote letters of apology to the village hall officers for missing last night's meeting and then concentrated on updating my journal for these last couple of days, typing in my handwritten notes from America and then summarising and archiving the month of March. So soon does the time fly by that my very life is racing away before me. At least I seem to make the most of the time which is probably why it goes so quickly.
