Norwich draw against Southampton in the pouring rain

I return to Norfolk with Wiggly and, after some shopping together, she  really freaked out, started crying and just behaving impossibly until we ended up standing in the street with her not wanting to go anywhere.

We eventually watched Norwich draw against Southampton in the pouring rain. Later, Wiggly cooked for us and then another rush to get to the theatre for the evening performance of "Noises Off" which was a play about putting on a play

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Barton Mills and then a latish Little Chef breakfast after working up an appetite walking Sam around the nearby open space.

Arrived in Wroxham in late morning to do some shopping for tea and to see about finding Wiggly a hairdresser but this was busy and so I dropped her off to Hair & Beauty in Horning and unloaded and settled in at Harnser.

Time for a little shopping in Norwich and then on to the match at Carrow Road. My problems began when I found the city congested and let Louse go off to Marks & Spencer whilst I eventually found a space at The Castle Mall.

We met up at the electronics counter at Boots where we got an assistant to produce accessories for the Psion 3a. I did the wrong thing by encouraging Wiggly to buy a PC-link cable and a 512K Flash SSD. She was shocked by the price bought them anyway on her new VISA card and then was in a fearful mood afterwards.

When I tried to get her to walk on quickly to Carrow Road and got lost around the Castle Mall in the process, she really freaked out, started crying and just behaving impossibly until we ended up standing in the street with her not wanting to go anywhere.

Then, when I got her walking with me under an umbrella in the rain, we could not walk together with her not keeping up and finally, to cap it all, the seats I had booked were in the lower section of The Barclay Stand, open to the pouring rain!

I let her go into the members lounge whilst I watched the rest of the first half and then I joined her and stayed with her there for all of the second; watching the match on the TV monitors provided.

Worryingly, she seemed to be drinking a lot of lager from the bar and whisky from my hip flask and I am beginning to wonder if she has not got a problem of alcohol dependency which would account for her mood changes.

It was a slow process of reconciliation walking back after the match and eventually she accepted my offer to buy back the SSD from her. To Harnser to walk Sam and enjoy the pizza and salad that Wiggly cooked for us and then another rush to get to the theatre for the evening performance of "Noises Off" which was a play about putting on a play.

It was quite funny and interesting to Wiggly in view of her own dramatic interests. Back for a more relaxed time watching the video of her pantomime until to bed after midnight, when I was too tired and drained after the earlier problems to do anything except sleep.
