Awake today to news of snow showers over much of Northern England and Scotland with roads blocked in Lancashire and Yorkshire with thousands of people having been trapped in their vehicles.

Huddersfield and Sheffield were cut off and public buildings have been opened for overnight stay. However, with my new tyres today, this did not put me off my trip to Scotland.

Land rovers and took the car up to have a new set of Firestone Town & Country tyres fitted. Though the others were still legal, they were worn road tyres and gave very little grip off of tarmac.
I overcame a misunderstanding with the garage (who thought I was going yesterday!) and got them fitted all right and even balanced as well. The new tyres are unrecognisable from the old with a deep tread pattern and should get me through the Scottish mud and snow.
Once back, I had lunch with Diana, got her and a visiting Daniel to help with putting on the roof box and then exchanged calls with Nigel. He will be my alibi this evening for my roast pheasant dinner and told me all about his latest female conquests.
It seems that Wiggly's Rachael was a bit of a dead loss, revealing to him that she is bisexual and then spending most of the time licking and sucking him and not seemingly enjoying it very much. His latest girl Susan is really hot stuff, with a shared bath and washing foreplay getting him going and then some great sex thereafter.
Soon time to drive over to the Dentist where my temporary tooth crown was replaced with a permanent ceramic one and to buy some vegetables for this evening and a card for Derek's 50th Birthday which I later dropped in with a hare from my freezer as a present.
Much of the afternoon packing up my guns, equipment and ammunition for my trip to Scotland, and filling up my roof box, just leaving my clothes for the morning. I missed tea and then took my pheasants and vegetables over to cook with Nigel as my alibi, though of course my destination was Wiggly who was pleased to see me.
She had news of "The Queen" from the pantomime, knowing me and telling all of the others that I was married with children etc. I helped make the dinner and then kept her company as she wrote up her FOCUS copy and then got her clothes together for our trip. We had drunk lots of wine and, it being 11.30pm with us both very tired, we called it a night and I came back home.
Tried to have sex with Di once back to cover my tracks but could not stay aroused enough which only made things worse. She seemed cool with me in the morning and I think that she has fully realised what I am up to but still does not want the confrontation.
