After the drive along Beach Boulevard to Coco's for breakfast, our day trip Knotts Berry Farm where we listened to the Native American Indian songs and dances and then took a ride on the stagecoach.
This as the girls hit the rides on the Log Flume, Mystery Lodge, the Dinosaur, The Calico Mine Train before The Bird Cage Theatre show and lots of relaxing in the sun before Diana and I enjoyed a Cordelia Knotts Chicken Dinner.
Diana was awake and up before me but I was still awake by 5.00am.

I was disappointed at first, until I realised that I had still managed a seven hour sleep which was good!
All of us washed and dressed and then into the car for the drive along Beach Boulevard to Coco's for breakfast. We enjoyed the food but the service was confused and the restaurant busy. Eventually served and satisfied and then back to Motel 6 where we booked in for another couple of days and rested up a while.
To the shops next door where we got some bottles of water and some goodies for us to give the girls a packed lunch with. The day bright and sunny again with not a cloud in the sky and we enjoyed our day trip to Knotts Berry Farm. Knotts is more sheltered than Universal and it was quite warm through the day until the sun started going down.
We let the girls go on by themselves with their packed lunch to do the rides that they wanted to do whilst we listened to the Native American Indian songs and dances and then took a ride on the stagecoach.
We met up with them again to see The Knotts Berry Farm Wild West Show. It was the same old script and show but a large crowd still enjoyed it. I wondered how many times the crowd had seen it before; as it was at least my 6th time. The Bird Cage Theatre show and lots of walking and relaxing in the sun before Diana and I enjoyed a Cordelia Knotts Chicken Dinner.
This afternoon, rides on the Log Flume, Mystery Lodge, the Dinosaur The Calico Mine Train and there were still many we could not do before it was time for us to leave.
A busy time at "Chicken to Go" on the way out where we bought a bucket of chicken that Debbie and I enjoyed even if Della played us up and had to have a smack. Back to the hotel and a rest and some TV before bed.
More time checking my home answering machine and then checking in with CIX where I sent messages to Daniel and Wiggly but had none yet in return.
