To Burnham Market for an eventful training Sam with Martin Sullivan and then on to Horning to host Diana for a few days with dinner with Gerry at Mr Chann's

Our first trip to Thorpe Park in Chertsey in the sun and showers with Diana having a tantrum over the girls arguing and me not seeming to be enjoying the break wholeheartedly.
Daniel joined us to collect Debbie and then and then the rest of us over to a nearby "Harvester" restaurant for a meal before settling down for the night.
It was a troubled start to the day as Diana had a tantrum after we had all used the bathroom. The trigger was the running arguments between the two girls but she was also upset with me not seeming to be enjoying the break wholeheartedly.

To London for the start of my weekend with Di and the girls as Daniel looked after Sam. Tunnelling for the new extension to The Bakerloo Line had gone horribly wrong and underground collapses put paid to a lot of road access to Terminal 3.
Checked into the The Heathrow Marriott Hotel before off to The West End to spend the evening watching a performance of Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap" in its 42nd year.
News of a knee-jerk reaction from the Israeli Government who have retaliated to the bus bomb attack in Tel Aviv by shelling a Gaza community with anti-personnel ammunition.
I took trouble walking Sam this morning as he was going to be in the hands of Daniel for the next few runs. Up early and out with him after breakfast, running him through hedgerows and cover and also giving him some retrieves to improve his game-holding and delivery.

The day started with me training Sam on holding dead pigeons without damage and Daniel dropped by installing his new rented TV.
Diana took Debbie and Amy to see the film "Speed" as I followed a snooker session with Nigel and a full-on evening with Wiggly
Tired this morning after the exertions of yesterday. It is not only the early mornings, late nights, walking and driving but also the nervous energy expended in keeping the dogs under control and performing to very high standards.
