On a much milder and dryer with the sunshine, reconciling my bank and building society accounts and then rushing off to St Neots for some transactions before reviewing some property purchase and development.
Sam was fazed by Nigel’s dogs and now has to face those at tomorrows GSP training sessions.
A rush this morning to reconcile my bank and building society accounts and then to drive into St Neots to undertake some transactions. I drove via Almond Road to see a potential property investment and was quite impressed and so collected the details and arranged to see it later. A semi-detached house somewhat the worse for repair, it had been bought from the local authority and then proved too much expense for the new owner who had lost it by repossession. It was some £12,000 below the market price but needing much of that spending on it but would still appear to be a good investment.

I spent the afternoon looking at it by myself and then with Nigel for advice and we also took a good look at the derelict Cambridge Street property that we were even more interested in for redevelopment for commercial use. I missed the Calcutta Cup Rugby Union match on TV which was a pity, but made good progress and may buy both properties now that the market remains very depressed. Today was much milder and dry with the sun actually putting in an appearance as well. Poor Sam had a shock today when being introduced to Nigel's dogs. He ran away to their house whining and will find the canine company equally trying at tomorrows GSP training sessions. An evening in after the active day and then to bed quite early to recover.
