An early start to walk Sam before packing up and leaving, taking him for his inoculation and the girls to the library before the journey from Horning to Paxton.
Home before dark and time for another walk with Sam and then Daniel and I has a session commissioning the new computer before he had to go to his firm's Christmas dinner
We had a bit of a rush this morning as I had booked Sam in for his yearly booster injection at 10.30am and we had to get all packed up and away in time for that. My normal 7.30am radio wake up call for me to get shaved and dressed and out with the dog for a walk around Crabbett's Marsh before back for breakfast which the girls had prepared.

He was good and lively this morning and seems much more willing to do things now that he has returned to being his old self. A chat to Arthur Edmunds whilst Sam played with his retriever, and he reckons that another period of north-westerly winds are forecast and the water levels are already up and on the threshold of causing flooding. 1993 has certainly turned out to be a wet year!
All ready and then the rush to Norwich via Wroxham where I let the girls have a short period at the library ordering some books and getting others out. Then just in time at the Chapelfield Veterinary Centre where Sam behaved himself quite well in the reception area waiting for his injection which then went without incident. The journey home via the Fiveways roundabout Little Chef for lunch and we heard from Diana en route and planned our rendezvous with her later.
Home before dark and time for another walk with Sam and then the wait for Daniel to get home for tea. Just about all the computer equipment and options that I ordered had arrived and we had a little session running them up after tea before Daniel had to go to his firm's Christmas dinner party for the evening. I still managed to get most of my applications working for myself and was impressed with the speed of my new machine.
