The day started with my ReadCix Psion3a/3Fax electronic mail and conference system trials.

I was slow to get going this morning as far as my normal chores were concerned because, not only did I lay in, but I was also conducting trials with my ReadCix Psion3a/3Fax modem electronic mail and conference system.

This was a busy day for financial paperwork, and for adjusting to my use of the Psion to read Cix mail and messages whilst finding cash for spending. I then put Sam through the Mill Field set--aside and, though he ran well and under fair control, before having lunch with Wiggly, who was more conciliatory after the day before.
I awoke early and tried out my Psion Modem to read down my Cix mail and messages. The process worked well except that the data downloaded into my Internal Drive instead of Drive A which led to some memory problems.

After the family go home, with weather a mixture of squalls and finer spells, I start work on de-nailing timber and trying to commission the fax and cix services on my Psion.
Later on, I walked Sam to Horning and bought a great-value pizza pack before coming back to cook it.
I got through to Wiggly on the telephone and it was soon time to leave to join her after her attendance as secretary to the LibDem District Group.
At my suggestion, she left early and I was able to collect her soon after 9.30pm for our trip down.
The journey went well and, though it was a fair distance, we had arrived at 11.00pm and were checked into our room soon after.
I turned off the alarm sound but still woke up soon after 7.00am this morning from either force of habit or the sound of Diana getting up early anyway.
