She tried her best and I suppose that I should have been happy. However, having seen her run last in her race at the school sports, I confess to being disappointed at her swimming to last positions in both her own and team relay races. She actually swam well and with good technique but started slowly without a racing dive and seemed to lack a sense of urgency. Then to sit through the prize day speeches without her winning a prize was rather sad as she wants so much to do well. Between times, a nice lunch out at A.J.'s and then a relaxed evening after exhausting myself with another long walk for Sam.
