Out with Sam in my waterproofs on a mild and very wet morning after which I worked on my 2000D Navigator.

Off to Bedford this afternoon where we saw Richard Attenborough's latest film, "Shadowlands" starring Sir Anthony Hopkins.

The weather continued mild again today but it was also very wet this morning when I struggled out with Sam in my waterproofs. Poor thing still had a tummy upset and I had to swill out his run before we could get going but I let him off of waterwork as a result. Funnily enough, Sam gave no other indication of being off colour and I wondered if it was the quantity of cheese used in his tracking lesson that led to his problem.

Diana went shopping to Huntingdon whilst Suzanne did the housework and I finished working on my new power supply so as to be able to switch on my 2000D Navigator. The external one metre whip aerial gives a reception which is quite good enough. Diana home to serve lunch and then I took her into Bedford this afternoon where we saw Richard Attenborough's latest film, "Shadowlands" starring Sir Anthony Hopkins. This evening inside updating my journal and listening to the radio coverage of the key Arsenal vs Manchester United football match. The news is of the government struggling with a problem of their own making; namely the dispute with other E.E.C. members over the voting arrangements for the community once enlarged from 12 to 16 states.
