This must have been one of the best days for training Sam that I have had for a while. During this morning's run, he was obedient and undertook a few water retrieves and then later he was proficient at retrieves with the dummy launcher and from hand into all manner of terrain. To cap it all, he finally managed to leap a high stile that I had been encouraging to do and leapt back again with the dummy soundly in his mouth as well.

He can nearly hold a trial dummy whilst sitting as well and this will be the final accomplishment in this series of tasks. I got back to the downstairs shower-room project, continuing the task of stripping off the old tile cement from the exposed wall.
